This year’s Mush Love festivities run from Friday, July 17th, till the end of the day on Sunday, July 26th, 2026. The gallery will be open every day starting on the 18th for public viewing, but we also have some very special events taking place over these 10 magnificent days!

FRIDAY, JULY 17th
Exclusive Opening Event ( 7 PM – 12 AM Invitation Only )
The Mush Love 2026 Art Exhibition will officially open with a private, invitation-only party on Friday, July 17th. Our opening events have become a signature part of our annual fungal festivities and this year is shaping up to be even more magical!
This is the first opportunity to see the exhibition, mingle with other mushroom-minded enthusiasts and have first dibs on anything in the gallery that might catch your eye. This year’s exhibition features the stunning artwork of over 40+ talented Canadian artisans spanning a diverse range of creative disciplines from painting, drawing, illustration, sculpture, printmaking, the fibre arts and so much more.
In addition to the fabulous array of fungi-featured artwork, Mush Love is proud to also offer guests a tasty spread of party-perfect bites and snacks, a licensed bar, our signature chocolates, an outdoor chill area with fireside lounging and of course, some incredible performances & live music to get you in the groove!

Mush Love Market Event ( Free Event )
Join us for a mush lovin’ day of fabulous, family friendly fun in the sun! The Mush Love exhibit will be open all day, alongside our expanded outdoor mushroom-inspired market featuring some talented local artis and and creators. There will also be food trucks, live musical guests, special performances, costume prizes and so much more mushie magic through out the day!

Psychedelic Sound Session ( Ticketed Event )
We invite you to step into the gallery for an intimate Mush Love experience unlike anything we’ve done before. Equal parts therapeutic sound bath, studio jam session and psychedelic nature immersive, this unique experience is limited to a select audience for two spectacular shows! Sounds intriguing? Artist-Run Workshops & Activations
Our Saturday workshops & activations are back and we can’t wait to spend another day creating and playing alongside all of you.
CERAMIC MUSHROOM PALS with Sha ( Registration Required )
Class Description: Design and handbuilding your very own pair of ceramic mini mushroom pals! (approx 5 cm tall ). All materials are included. Please note that the final products will be available for pickup after 5 weeks.
Instructor details: Sha, is the creator behind Gentle Monster Mud ceramics. She made playful ceramics inspired by joyful moment of everyday life to bring a smile to your heart.

PLANT WAVE MUSHROOM MUSIC with Jai Benteau
Pop into the gallery and play around on our in-house Plant Wave system and a fresh selection of local mushrooms!
Plant Wave is a device for plants ( and mushrooms ) that translates their internal electrical variations into ambient music. By using electrodes attached to a plant’s leaves, it measures micro-fluctuations in conductivity (similar to the technology used in polygraph machines) and uses that biodata to trigger notes on synthesized instruments.
This is a first-come, first-serve experience
